Rich Anderson stated that there were more expenses beyond the $200 that had already been approved for the anniversary party and asked that we approve another $100. A motion was made, voted on and approved.
There was discussion on offering a free MICC membership if a “new” Corvette was purchased which includes a 1 year NCCC membership. Or a free MICC membership if a “used” Corvette is purchased with the new member paying the NCCC fee. After some discussion, it was voted on to table this discussion until the next meeting.
Steve asked for 3 volunteers to be on the Nominating Committee to call all members who would be interested in running for one of the Board positions for next 2 yr year term. The volunteers are: Bruce Adamson, Angel Smith, & Marcie Marcy.

Trivia and 50/50 – Trivia question: What year model was the Silver Anniversary Corvette made?
A) 1977, B) 1978, C) 1976, D) 1979. The correct answer was B) 1978 and was worth $10. Jim Becker answered correctly and donated it to the shoe fund. Thanks Jim!
The 50/50 drawing was for $42.00 tonight and was won by Harry Sweet, who donated it back to the shoe fund. Thank you Harry!
Steve noted that money won on the Trivia & 50/50 can either be kept by the winner, or donated back to one of the charities that the club sponsors.
